Antony has over 25 years’ experience within the property industry and is a qualified Chartered Surveyor. He has set up a successful London-based estate agency, a social housing provider and created a substantial portfolio of residential investment and development property. Antony’s vision, flair for design and eye for detail have ensured that he has added value through all his ventures via refurbishment or planning.

Antony is skilled in the sourcing and purchase of opportunities either on or off market. Enhancing through the planning process to ensure maximum value add. He has expertise in debt raising from both private equity and senior lenders. He is the architectural and planning lead on multiple projects using his knowledge of construction in both conversion and new build and is highly experienced in legal matters relating to purchase, planning, asset management and disposal.

Gavin is our fully retained Chartered Surveyor advising the company in a vast array of professional matters.  He has many years experience in the investment and development sector having qualified as a General Practice Chartered Surveyor in 2001. He initially worked with Aitchision Raffety and Capital and Counties gaining experience in commercial agency and Asset Management matters respectively. Most recently Gavin was a Director at Paramount Investments, a niche Land Consultancy firm in North-West London advising clients on the acquisition and disposal of land and buildings for investment and development.
